Now, this is an idea we can get behind
In 2004, the NBA established the Charlotte Bobcats, which was regarded as an expansion team at the time. In 2010, the team was acquired by Michael Jordan, becoming the first former NBA player to own a majority stake in an NBA franchise. That same year the Bobcats clinched their first ever playoff berth since 2002, finishing the season with an overall record of 44-38, their first ever winning season. However, the Bobcats were swept shortly after by the Orlando Magic in 4 games.
While, the team continue struggle to keep their winning record alive, the Folks over at HouseofHeat wasted no time cooking up a pair of Air Jordan 5 Bobcats inspired by the team rich history, celebrating the franchise’s 2008 road uniform.
Let us know in the comment section below what you think of this Air Jordan 5 Bobcats concept and if Jordan brand should consider dropping a similar color way, if not the same.
