Like the brand’s previous release in 2020, Jordan Brand plans to amalgamate the aesthetic elements of the University of North Carolina (UNC) and the Chicago Bulls in the forthcoming women’s Air Jordan 1 Low OG “UNC to Chicago” edition. This release pays homage to Michael Jordan’s collegiate tenure at UNC and his illustrious professional career with the Chicago Bulls.
Colors of black, dark powder blue, and gym red make up the shoe’s design. There are parallels between the 2020 edition and this upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low. The shoe’s upper is made of leather and has a mesh tongue and lining. Colors include Black throughout the upper, the Nike Air logo on the tongue, and a red outsole. The UNC Blue is also utilized to decorate the Swoosh and the heels. The White midsole adds the finishing touch to the design.
Expect the Air Jordan 1 Low OG WMNS UNC to Chicago to drop at select Jordan Brand shops and Nike.com in the coming months, as shown in the official images below. It will retail for $110.
