Jordan Brand taps back in with the Mexican Culture “Day of the Dead” on a silhouette we did not see coming! Leaked images start to the surf of the Air Jordan 1 Mid Siempre Familia, meaning “Always Family.” The “Day of the Dead” series became highly sought after when the theme was first seen on the SB Lows in 2006. The series has been seen on endless Nike silhouettes, including the Nike blazer, Air Force 1, Cortez, Kyrie 4, and multiple Air Max. This sneaker comes in predominantly black with a white midsole, red outsole, and toe box, kinda reminiscing of the SB Low “Bison.” Now getting into the materials, the shoes sport a glossy safari pattern throughout the overlays with nubuck side panels. Mexican culture is displayed throughout the pair with ornamental Nike embroidered swooshes, different color Jordan wings, and spiked teeth around the toe box. This sneaker is very eye-catching and definitely will not stay on shelves for long. Expect The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Siempre Familia” to release this coming October for a price tag set at $125.
