The Air Jordan 12 “Red Taxi” iteration will be released as part of Jordan Brand’s summer of 2024 collection. This shoe version takes design cues from its OG predecessor, the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” shoe, which was first introduced in 1997.
Despite the lack of any leaked images, the shoe is anticipated to have a White tumbled leather top that extends onto the tongues. The black accents will be added to the textured mudguards, interior lining, and heels. In addition, the conventional Metallic Gold eyelets will be substituted with Gym Red counterparts, which will also be present on the “Jumpman” overlays and branding situated on the tongues and back heel tabs. For the finishing touch, a solid Black rubber sole will be added.
Expect the Air Jordan 12 Red Taxi to drop at select Swoosh shops and Nike.com in the coming weeks, as shown in the images below. Retail is yet to be known.
