The upper of the Air Jordan 13 is constructed from durable black tumbled leather, making it very durable and comfortable. The black color scheme is carried over from the mudguards, heels, laces, and midsole. Purple ballistic mesh overlays liven up the shoe’s otherwise subdued color scheme and complement the Jumpman logo on the tongue, interior, and sole. Finally, a white midsole is employed for aesthetic differentiation and structural support, and the outsole provides a durable grip.
