Fans of the Oreo Air Jordan series may look forward to the arrival of the Air Jordan 6 “Reverse Oreo,” which is set to debut in Summer 2024. In contrast to the recently launched “Red Oreo,” which included bright red accents, this modern reimagining opts for a more subdued and long-lasting black color scheme.
Those familiar with the 2010 release of the Air Jordan 6 “Oreo” may recognize the “Reverse Oreo” design as a clear nod to that shoe’s inspiration. Its unique structure is preserved, but a vivid and contrasting color palette is used.
Like the aforementioned “Red Oreo,” this style is a radical departure from its forerunner, with an entirely white leather upper in place of the traditional black suede. Specifically, the product’s black accents and speckled embellishments that evoke cookie crumbs are evocative of the Red Oreo release. According to reports from ZSneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, it has been stated that black tongues will be featured in the release, resembling the mockup image displayed below.
Expect the Air Jordan 6 Reverse Oreo to drop at select Swoosh shops and Nike.com Summer 2024, as shown in the images below. Retail is set for $200.
