As reported by Complex, Nike Sportswear has announced its plans to reintroduce the highly sought-after “Ultraman” Dunk Low as part of its Summer 2024 collection. The shoe obtained its nickname due to its color scheme, which shares similarities with the renowned Japanese superhero from the 1960s. It is important to note that despite this resemblance, there is no official association between the sneaker and the character or franchise. Initially launched in 1999 as a constituent of the CO.JP series, which was exclusively available in Japan, this specific version of the Nike Dunk Low retains its original design and characteristics.
The shoe features a comprehensive leather composition, mesh tongues, and inner lining. The tongues and heel branding harmonize with the vivid hue, characterized by a prominent Red foundation. The overall design combines grey overlays, swooshes, inner lining, tongue branding, and a rubber outsole, all accompanied by a pristine white midsole.
