The shoe boasts a red textured canvas, with a green Swoosh shooting down the side panel. Additional textures, come by the way of green suede overlays which may allude to the look of an actual strawberry. Down below, the Strawberry Cough sits atop a clear translucent outsole. To round it all off, a coughing Strawberry logo is present on the insole and heels, bringing together the theme.
